Student Hand Book
PREFACE
Masbate Colleges, in its aim to provide quality education, redirected its mission-vision where the articulation of which set the mode in the review of its existing college norms. It included the review of the Student Handbook.
The MC Student Handbook contains the norms that shall be observed by all students who are enrolled in the different MC department.
Admission to the College carries the tacit agreement to abide by the regulations on the conduct and discipline so as to uphold the full substance of the College mission statement.
The Academic and fiscal administration of the College is vested on the Board of Trustees.
Any student admitted in the College is subject to the administrative policies, rules and regulations and should conform and help implement the philosophy and objectives of the school.

MASBATE COLLEGES commits itself to the pursuit of truth and to the advancement, preservation and transmission of knowledge in the arts and sciences through the use of reason. The College affirms its role in the formation of men and women to become competent and compassionate professionals committed to the service of the nation and the global community.
MASBATE COLLEGES vision is to continue to provide a general education program that will assist and train each individual. To instill, promote suitable and relevant attitude, skills, and knowledge to enable each individual to become useful, productive, and gainfully employed members of the society. To advance the limitations of knowledge through research work, and apply the technology gained for improving the quality of life and responding effectively to changing societal needs.
